Terms & Conditions

Whilst we make every effort to accommodate your booking requests at short notice, we do ask for at least 24 hours notice.

  • All vehicles operate a no smoking policy

  • Gratuities not included and are at your discretion

  • All out of pocket expenses i.e. parking and tolls charges will be added to the invoice

  • No extra charge after midnight

  • 25% surcharge on public holidays

  • All vehicles equipped with mobile cellular phones

  • We will make every effort to supply the vehicle of your choice, but in unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right to supplement your vehicle choice with one of equal or better make/model/specification. You will be informed of any changes.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings cancelled at 24 hours notice or less, charged at full rate

  • Bookings cancelled between 24 and 48 hours notice, charged at 50% of rate

  • Over 48 hours notice, no charge

  • A change of pick up airport within 4 hours of landing time shall incur full price for both airports.
